This option is available only if you use Envoke's lead distribution and lead attribution functionality. 

Metrics

Metrics represent the occurrence of an event and hold numerical values. Some metrics are associated only with specific dimensions: these cases are noted below.

  • Cost: Total campaign cost
  • Visits: Website visits associated only with mediums and campaigns
  • Form Submissions: This is all form submissions (not per unique contact)
  • New Contacts This is all new unique contacts
  • Passed to Sales: This is all passed to sales events (not per unique contact)
  • Opportunities: This is all opportunities events (not per unique contact)
  • Sales: This is all sales events (not per unique contact)
  • Revenue: This is total revenue from all sales events

Dimensions

  • Business Units: only converting visit attribution
  • Campaigns: first visit or converting visit attribution
  • Campaign Tags:  first visit or converting visit attribution for groups of campaigns (a campaign may be in zero, one or many groups). 
  • Contact State: number of contacts per state
  • Forms: only converting visit attribution
  • Mediums: first visit or converting visit attribution
  • Messages: Email campaign activity over time
  • Sources: first visit or converting visit attribution

Mediums (channels)

  • API: A contact create or update from an API submission (that does not specify another medium or visit ID)
  • Banner: A visit with the entry page tagged with utm_medium=banner
  • Direct: The fallback for visits without a referrer
  • Display: A visit with the entry page tagged with utm_medium=display
  • Download: A visit with the entry page tagged with utm_medium=download
  • Email: A visit with the entry page tagged with utm_medium=email 
  • Import: A contact create or update through an Envoke import
  • Integration: A contact create or update from a custom integration
  • Manual: A manual contact create or update in the Envoke UI
  • Organic Search: A non-paid visit with a referrer matching a search engine (not tagged with utm_medium=cpc)
  • Other: A visit with the entry page containing a non-standard utm_medium tag
  • Paid Media: A visit with the entry page tagged with utm_medium=cpc
  • Print: A visit with the entry page tagged with utm_medium=print
  • Referral: A visit with a referrer that does not match any search engines or social networks
  • Social: A visit with a referrer matching a social network or visits tagged with utm_medium=social
  • Untracked Form: A form submission where the tracking script wasn't present or it was blocked
  • Pre-MDB: Contact create or update from before Jan 1, 2015
