Many Envoke reports allow for drill down links to show the individual contacts whose activity has been aggregated into the report.

The majority of report metrics are event-based, meaning that an individual contact may count multiple times in the calculation of the stat.

For example, a single contact may submit a form twice, or make a purchase two different different times, resulting in two sales. Reports will display these cases as two form submissions, and two sales, but a drill down of these metrics will result in a contact list showing one contact.
