List of major feature releases and changes in 2020. You can view other product changes here.

Email editor update

December 2020

The new email editor includes an easy drag and drop option for new content blocks, new divider and image elements and a dedicated tab for message settings.

Add content blocks quicker than ever

Drag new content blocks from the sidebar. This will save time when you build your email layout.

Improved divider and image elements

We've introduced two new dedicated content blocks. They will give you more customization options.

Focus on your content

Message configuration options are moved to a new tab. This way content editing will have your undivided attention.

Restore deleted emails

November 2020

You can now recover emails and templates for up to 30 days after they are deleted from the "Deleted messages" folder. Just select the message(s) you want to restore and click the "Restore" button and just like that, they're back and ready for action!

Template manager

August 2020

Email templates can be used to define and lock layout and styles of messages. Access is controlled by user roles; only administrators can edit templates that standard users can use. Templates can be shared across multiple subaccounts.

Internal lists naming

July 2020

Interests have been renamed to internal lists.

You can use internal lists to segment your audience in a way that your contacts cannot update themselves.

This is a naming change only, functionality remains the same.

AB testing

June 2020

With AB testing you can maximize open rates by running tests with different subject lines, senders and pre-header text.

DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) support

March 2020

Get more emails to reach inboxes!

DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) is an email authentication method designed to detect forged sender addresses in emails, which is a technique often used in phishing and email spam.

It's a very effective authentication option when emails are sent via a third party sender, such as Envoke.

User interface update

March 2020

An updated interface was released today. We're very excited about the changes and wanted to highlight a few things that are now different:

Subscriptions are now under the Contacts tab and the Engagement Builder is now called Forms.

Working with your contact list

The More drop down on top of list pages includes additional actions.

Organizing messages

The Move and Delete options are now only shown after items are selected.

Discontinued features

The event and webinar manager are no longer available for email marketing accounts. We are focusing on core email marketing and communications functionality and decided to cut these two features from the product offering - at least for now.
(Clients using lead attribution and distribution features continue to have access.)

User roles and permissions

January 2020

The user roles and permissions manager lets administrators control what functionality each user in the team has access to.
