Configure columns to be displayed on the contact list page

The column setup lets you control which contact fields are shown on the contact list page.

Manage column setup

Click on the Column setup link on the contact list page to edit settings.

Make sure you select the column setup you want to change first and then make the changes before saving.

Switch between saved column setups

You can have multiple saved column setups (also called "views") and you can switch between these saved views on the contact list page using the drop down selector in the column setup window.

User based

Column setups are unique per each user, which means your team members won't have access to your column setup configuration settings.

For exporting

When you export a list only columns currently visible on the list page are exported.
