Key questions allow for marketing-database-level validation of your most important lead management fields. Questions may be marked as required, and a default may be provided if no answer is present in a submission. Key question fields are optimized for reporting are typically used as "breakdown" fields in reports.

Common key questions include:

  • Lead region

  • Sales channel

  • Primary product / sales team / "business unit"

  • Industry

  • Budget

  • Timing

Answers to key questions may apply at the contact-level (such as region / industry) or lead-level (such as budget / timing).

Once enabled, key questions may be viewed on the Envoke settings page. To enable key questions for your database, please contact us.
