You can restore deleted email messages, templates and sub-accounts self-serve from the app for up to 30 days after they were deleted.
Recovery of all other items may be done from the backups files but it's only possible to restore data that has been in your account for at least one full day. We keep rolling 30 day backups, updated daily.
Data recovery is not part of free support. Depending on the amount of data to be restored the fee for this service starts at $500.
