For enhanced security you can enable login verification by email, which is a form of multi-factor authentication for accessing your Envoke account.

When enabled, users are required to enter a code on the login screen, which is sent to them via email to the email address associated with their user login.

Login verification can be enabled on the account level by an account administrator from the Security tab of the Account Settings page. When enabled, all users under that account will be required to verify their login using the verification code and individual users don't have an option to opt-out from this additional login verification.

If login verification is disabled on the account level, individual users can enable it for their own user login.
