We’re changing our monthly subscription prices effective June 1st 2023 due to increased costs. 

Pricing for customers on the Pay As You Go plan remain unchanged.

Price increases will be delayed six months to December 1st 2023 for customers who signed up after January 1st 2023.

Option to maintain current pricing for one year All customers have the option to lock in existing prices by pre-paying for 12 months as the the following terms:

After the 12 month prepayment period your account will resume on a monthly subscription plan at the increased price unless you want to continue on an annual payment plan (at the increased price)

Payment for annual prepaid accounts can be made by cheque, EFT or credit card.

The 12 month prepayment is non-refundable.

If your contact list size changes and this puts you in a different pricing tier than what you prepay for, we'll adjust the bill at the end of the 12 month period using the old rates and issue a credit or bill you for the difference.

The contacts pricing level at 0-5,000 will be separated into two levels: 0 to 2,500 contacts and 2,501 to 5,000 contacts. 

This results in a decrease in the monthly subscription fee for Standard and Professional customers with fewer than 2,500 contacts. There is no need to let us know if you have fewer than 2,500 contacts, the price decrease will apply automatically starting June 1, 2023.

After the price increase Envoke will remain a lower cost alternative to Mailchimp and Constant Contact for comparable functionality and with all customer data securely stored in Canada.
