Password expiry set by account administrators
Password expiry is part of your account's security settings. Administrators can force their users to change passwords periodically.
Password expiry by Envoke
From time to time Envoke may also require that users change their passwords as part of our system security requirements. In this case if a new password isn't selected within two weeks the user's password may be reset by Envoke automatically and they have to use the Forgot password option available from the login page to reset their password.
Creating a new password
When a password expires users see the following screen. Passwords previously used while password expiry is enabled cannot be reused.
