With this universal CSV file sync option your contacts are synced daily from your CRM to the Envoke database.

How it works
You need to automate the upload of a CSV file of your contacts to Envoke. This file can be generated by running scheduled exports from your CRM.
The CSV file is then processed overnight: New contacts are added, existing contacts are updated and contacts that don't exist in the latest list file are removed.
You're able to update contact fields, tags, subscriptions, consent settings and automated messages.
