The pre-header content shows up in inboxes next to or below the sender and the subject line. It’s the perfect place for a short sentence to entice contacts to open your email. A good pre-header message will increase your open rates.

To add a pre-header text just add another content section to the very top of your email:

Why use pre-header content?

Without a pre-header sentence the first thing that is displayed in emails is often a “view online” link, a date or salutation. This is not interesting to your readers and won't make them curious to open and read your message.
