June 2026

Embed polls directly into your emails to gather fast feedback from your audience, for example to find out what contacts thought about an event they recently attended or check how your audience liked your most recent newsletter or email announcement.

When a message is created from a template it's possible by email editors to add additional blocks and sections such as images, dividers, one, two or three column layouts, etc., This may create a layout that's not approved by your organization.

You can now disable adding default blocks and sections and only allow inserting custom reusable sections that your admins create and approve.

Use the "Lock the layout when creating messages" toggle under the Configure tab of the template editor to enable this setting.

Reusable sections are now searchable and can be organized into folders.

January 2026

All templates now have a Preview option so you can scroll down and see the entire template before deciding to use it. Up until now only a thumbnail was available as a preview.

Your files library is now directly accessible from the Files section from the Account Settings page. Moving the file manager here reduces the number of clicks needed to access it.
