Trial accounts allow you to fully explore how our software fits into your organization's workflow before making a commitment.
Trial Duration
Your trial account is active for 30 days by default. We understand that complex evaluations can take time; therefore, if you need more time to finalize your decision, you may request an extension beyond the initial 30 days by contacting chat support.
Once a trial expires, it will automatically close. There is no need to manually request a closure. To protect your privacy, all data within the trial account is permanently deleted 30 days after the account is closed.
Full Functionality to Run a Pilot Program
Full functionality is included with trials. This means you can run a complete pilot program to see the software in action.
Complete Access
You can create templates, invite users, send emails, import contacts, set up segmentation, use the API, set up integrations, and customize every aspect of your account. You can also verify your domain using DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) to ensure high deliverability during your testing phase.
Email Volume
By default, trial accounts include 1,000 email sends. If your pilot program requires a larger specific campaign test, you can request an increase in your sending limit from our team via chat support.
Security Review Process
To maintain a secure environment for all our users, every new trial request. This review is typically completed within 2 business hours of the request. The manual review ensures that only legitimate organizations are using our infrastructure, which protects the reputation of our sending servers for everyone.

Upgrading to a Paid Plan
All configurations, settings, lists, and data carry over exactly as they are.
You will not lose any work performed during the trial phase.
Self-Serve Upgrade: Select a plan and enter your credit card details to start a monthly subscription.
Annual billing: If you require annual invoicing please contact us via the support chat, and we will manually issue your invoice. Please indicate if you're paying by credit card or EFT.
