Opens by app and opens by mobile vs. desktop report

October 2022

Two new reports are now available for emails sent after June, 2022.

The open rate breakdown report by app shows the email app (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Apple, etc) that was used by your contacts to open your emails.

The open by device report show the ratio of opens on desktop and mobile devices.

These reports, however, should be interpreted with caution due to privacy practices by email providers that block open tracking.

Usability improvements to the form editor and email editor

May 2022

We introduced usability improvements to the forms editor to make it easier to add and customize form fields and the form thank you page. Go ahead, create a new form to try the updates.

The drag and drop function of the email editor was updated as well to reduce lagging as you drag items into your email from the sidebar and the catchment area of where items can be dropped has become larger to make it easier to move content blocks around.

Avoid overwriting each other's changes when more than one person is working on the same message

January 2022

There is now a notification system in place to help avoid content loss when more than one person works on the same message. When a user opens the message editor and the same message is being edited by another user a notification is shown to let them know of a potential conflict. If you see this notice you should coordinate with others before making changes to the email. Read more.

Additional fields for contact engagement analytics

January 2022

"Total opens" and "total clicks" are now available as fields (columns) on the contact list page. These fields along with existing ones (total sends, last click date and last open date) come in handy to report on engagement for all or a segment of your contact list. You can add these fields on the "Column setup" page. These fields, along with all other contact fields are also exportable.

Additional engagement reports are available with Segments. Using segments you can identify contacts who are or aren't engaged (based on clicks, opens and failures) in a given time period to send re-engagement emails or to clean up your list. Read more about measuring contact engagement.
