Starting up with new accounts

Onboarding is included with every new account to help you get started easily and to ensure continuity of service if you’re switching from another provider.

Step 1: Review the getting started guide

New users should start by reviewing the getting started guide. The guide includes step by step instructions to configure new accounts.

Step 2: Training call

Training calls are available for paid accounts.

All participants of the training call should review the getting started guide and watch the how-to videos prior to the call. This way the live call can focus on details specific to your account and advanced configuration options instead of generic, well-documented settings.
